Outbound Batches

Outbound Batches page contains the list of batches created. This page allows you to manage batches, which include approving, rejecting, deleting, and reprocessing.

By approving a batch, you change its status from Created to Pending. To change status into Approved, a batch should be approved by an administrator.

To view detailed information about a batch, select Info.

To sort the list by Date and Total (amount), select the arrow on the top of the list.

To sort the list by an employee, select Search by name box, and enter employee's name.

How to manage a batch

  1. In the list, select Info. The system redirects you to a single batch view.

  2. To send a batch for approval, select Approve.

  3. To reject a batch, select Reject.

  4. To move payments to another batch, select checkboxes on the opposite of records, then select Move transactions. In the modal window, select a destination from the drop-down menu Select Batch, and select Move.

  5. To delete a batch, select Delete. In the confirmation window, select Delete.

  6. If an error occurred during processing, select Reprocess batch.
