Item details

The Item Details page contains detailed information about an item and allows you to manage it. The Item Details page contains the following tabs:

  • Overview

  • Suppliers

  • Inventory

  • Bill of Materials

  • Purchases

From this page, you can edit an item, delete an item, and update item stock.

How to edit an item

  1. In an item detailed view, select Edit. The modal window will appear.

  2. In the modal window, drag and drop an image or select Browse files to upload an image from your computer.

  3. Select Category from the drop-down menu.

  4. Enter Item Name and Part Number.

  5. Select Type from the drop-down menu.

  6. Enter Description.

  7. If you want to enter additional supplier information, move the Supplier information slider to turn this option on. Tax rate and Sales Price boxes will appear.

  8. If you want to add any document regarding this item, select the Additional files box to upload a file from your computer.

  9. Select Update item.

How to delete an item

Overview

The Overview tab contains related files and an item specification.

To add a file, select Add any document regarding to this item; in the modal window, select a file on your computer, and select Open.

To delete a file, select Remove.

To view Specification, select the arrow down.

Suppliers

The Suppliers tab contains the list of item marketplace suppliers. From this tab, you can order an item, manage item delivery, and track prices.

To choose delivery, select an option from the drop-down menu.

To order an item, select Order.

Inventory

The Inventory tab contains the list of warehouses. From this tab, you can view information about item stock and update an available item quantity.

To update an item quantity, select Update Available Q-ty.

How to check inventory

  1. In an item detailed view, select Check inventory. The modal window will appear.

  2. In the modal window, select a warehouse from the Select Location drop-down menu.

  3. Enter a number of items in the Quantity box.

  4. Select Check item. A search result will appear in a pop-up on the bottom right of the page.

Bill of Materials

The Bill of Materials tab allows you to manage an item complectation. From this tab, you can upload CSV files (tables) and add items from Item Manager.

CSV file should contain items existing in Item Manager.

To add an item from Item Manager, select Add item. In the modal window, enter Name or ID, select an item from the list, then enter Quantity, and select Add.

To upload CSV file, select Upload CSV; in the modal window, select a file on your computer, and select Open.

Purchases

The Purchases tab contains the list of this item's latest purchases. From this tab, you can view information and track the status of a purchase.
