Adjustments page contains the list of requests. In the list, you can see the following columns:
Date of creating
Decision date
Type
Status
To view detailed info about a request, select Details.
To sort the list by date range, set Start day and End day.
To sort the list by Status or Type, select an option from the drop-down menu.
