Automation

There is an AUTOMATION button on the main page of the Project Manager service, as well as on each project page.

Just like Dashboards, Automations can be created in many Aitheon services. Dashboards are made to show some significant real-time information, Automations are made to automate a particular workflow.

For example, if you want a task to be created each time a complaint received through your client support form. You should create an automation app in Creators Studio and connect it to Aitheon Core.

Automations may have a user interface like Dashboards.
