# Add Floor

After an infrastructure has been created, the next step should be adding a floor to it.

After you click on the **Add Floor** button, the **New floor** page will open.

1. **Floor Number.** Enter the floor number (digits only). Any number of floors can be added to one infrastructure.
2. **Enter Name.** Specify the floor name.
3. **Supported Formats.** Choose the type of floor map file. Only PNG format is currently supported, with AutoCAD files support to be added soon.
4. **Browse Files.** Just drag and drop your floor map file or click on **Browse Files** to locate the map file on your device.
5. **Save Floor.** Confirm and save your new floor in your Infrastructure.
6. **Add scaling.** Indicate the scale of the uploaded map.
